Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Vault Games and its services. By accessing and using our game publishing pipeline, store submission tools, and release management systems, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of our services immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this document periodically to stay informed of any updates that may affect your rights and responsibilities as a user of our platform.
User Obligations
As a user of our publishing pipeline and submission management services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct that could compromise the integrity of our platform or affect other users.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the submission process and to maintain up-to-date records of your game metadata and release details. You are prohibited from attempting to circumvent our security measures, interfere with our systems, or use automated tools to access our services without explicit authorization. Violation of these obligations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Intellectual Property Rights
We respect the intellectual property rights of all users and third parties. Your submission of game content to our pipeline grants us a limited license to process, store, and distribute your materials as necessary to fulfill our publishing and distribution services. You retain full ownership of your game assets, code, and creative works.
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained proper licensing for all content submitted through our platform. You agree not to infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights of third parties. We are not responsible for disputes arising from intellectual property claims related to user-submitted content. Should we receive valid takedown notices, we may remove content and take appropriate action.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any delays, failures, or errors in our platform.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to cease using them. We shall not be held responsible for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from service disruptions, submission rejections, or distribution delays. By using our platform, you accept these limitations and agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, non-compliance with submission requirements, or breach of our content policies. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
Following account termination, we may delete your data, submissions, and account information in accordance with our data retention policies. You remain responsible for any obligations incurred prior to termination. If we terminate your account due to your violation of these terms, you forfeit any claims to compensation or recovery of submitted materials. We may, at our discretion, allow reapplication after a specified period has elapsed.
